Role overview
The Senior Manager - Strategic Accounts manages and nurtures client relationships to drive adoption and success of Inception's AI products and solutions.
The role is the primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinates internal teams to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships across multiple accounts as the primary client contact.
- Advocate for AI products and solutions by aligning their value with client needs.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve challenges and deliver strong client experiences.
- Develop account strategies, track performance metrics, and report to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee client onboarding, gather feedback, and support product and service improvements.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
- Experience in the AI or technology sector is preferred.
- Proven record of managing client relationships and achieving sales or account growth targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software.
- Strong AI knowledge, communication, prioritization, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
