Role Overview

Build a predictable, high-accountability delivery system across multiple AI product and engineering squads.

Own Agile cadence, delivery governance, dependency management, and leadership visibility from roadmap through production.

Work with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and business leaders while coaching Scrum Masters.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run the Agile delivery operating model across multiple product and engineering squads.
  • Establish sprint and program governance for planning, backlog readiness, reviews, retrospectives, releases, and delivery health.
  • Translate roadmaps into integrated plans, milestones, sequencing, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage cross-squad dependencies, delivery constraints, escalations, and recovery actions.
  • Coach Scrum Masters and delivery practitioners on facilitation, forecasting, risk management, and Agile practices.
  • Improve backlog quality, capacity planning, prioritization, delivery metrics, executive reporting, and ways of working.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum, program execution, or a related discipline in technology, AI, SaaS, or digital products.
  • Experience leading delivery across multiple product and engineering squads with shared dependencies and concurrent releases.
  • Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge with the judgment to adapt practices to the work.
  • Experience coaching Scrum Masters or delivery leads and improving execution maturity.
  • Ability to produce forecasts, executive narratives, actionable decisions, and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Strong systems thinking, ambiguity management, commitment ownership, and data-driven follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAFe, Certified Scrum Professional, Professional Scrum Master, or comparable Agile certification.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology, AI, consulting, or leading technology environment.
  • Exposure to AI/ML product lifecycles, platform delivery, enterprise deployments, or regulated environments.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, portfolio planning tools, and delivery analytics.
