- 10 plus years of experience in Leasing
- Proven track record of negotiating and managing large scale leasing agreements
- Experience in working with landlords, developers, and real estate consultants in a corporate/retail leasing environment

Role Overview

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental yields.
- Oversee the Lease Administration & rent escalations and lease related financial commitments.
- Expertise in Financial & Budget forecasting and expense tracking accuracy.
- Strong in Risk Management and Compliance.
