About the Role
A confidential company seeks a Senior Manager for Project Support Services to oversee CAPEX cost estimation, QS and design team scheduling, contractor account management, and project expenditure monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of CAPEX cost estimate to support Finance for IRR & Leasing on shop location under discussion for lease.
- Manage the schedule of QS Team and Design Team for Tender Package preparation for Shop Fitout Works and timely appointment of Contractor.
- Assist PM in managing project requisition and maintain material order tracker in accordance to Project deadlines.
- Maintain control of Contractor's Project Account, manage the evaluation & processing of Contractor's Progress Claims and evaluate the cost of variations.
- Monitor the Project Expenditure.
- Final closure of Project account.
- Prepare and Maintain record of cost analysis for every completed Projects.
- Maintain record and efficient documentation system for the Projects.
- Liaise and collaborate with Project Director & Project Managers in all aspect of Project contractual activities.
- Review Team productivity and improvement.
- Participate in knowledge transfer session for the Team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project support services or project management roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects in a cross functional environment.
- Experience in resource allocation, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
