Role overview

What you’ll deliver

• Define, own, and deliver technology roadmaps for DXB and DWC.
• Translate operational and business requirements into system specifications and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional projects and integrate solutions with existing platforms and processes.
• Act as a primary stakeholder contact to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Drive digital capabilities that enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, security, and Business Technology standards.
• Manage budgets and lead a high-performing team focused on diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering.
• 10–12 years of overall experience, including 7–10 years in a relevant role.
• Experience managing large-scale operational or mission-critical IT systems with complex integrations.
• Knowledge of airport operations technology, including TAM, passenger processing, wayfinding, real-time monitoring, digital twins, biometrics, A-CDM, AOP, and DCB.
• Background in technology leadership, product ownership, and aviation.
• Expertise in system integration, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
• Experience delivering strategic initiatives in complex, high-pressure environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
