Senior Engineer - Assets Reliability & Systems - Electronics

Role Overview

What You’ll Deliver

• Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for ELV systems, including SCADA and BMS systems.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime.
• Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management.
• Monitor health and performance trends through data analysis and reliability tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for safe, efficient, and reliable airport operations.
• Prepare management presentations and reports that communicate technical findings and recommendations.
• Manage projects and coordinate with contractors to support timely and quality delivery.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field and 5–7 years of relevant and overall experience.
• Knowledge of equipment criticality, risk-based maintenance approaches such as FMECA and REM, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of one applicable engineering system, such as electrical, HVAC, mechanical, special systems, instrumentation and control, structural, or airfield systems.
• Good understanding of Maximo CMMS from a user perspective.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring techniques.
• Proficiency in reliability tools and software systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing presentations and reports for different management levels.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with contractors.
• Certification in reliability or maintenance engineering, such as CMRP or CRE, is an added advantage.
