About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead data and analytical workstreams and ongoing pricing initiatives in collaboration with GTB Special Pricing Group and product teams.
- Own pricing data assets and Microsoft Power BI reports for pricing activity analytics and benefit tracking.
- Act as a center of excellence for GTB pricing analytics, providing governance and guidance.
- Drive a customer focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships.
- Execute the GTB analytics enablement strategy in alignment with business priorities.
- Partner with Technology to co deliver modernization of GTB's data landscape, including cloud migration and data governance.
- Collaborate with enterprise data office to embed strong data governance, lineage, and quality controls.
- Work closely with Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics teams to enable dashboards and advanced analytics.
- Understand and consider the Bank's risk appetite in day to day activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 4 years in data and analytics engineering, analytics engineering, or related fields
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems)
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop collaborative working relationships
- Knowledge in modern data architecture principles (cloud data warehouses, streaming, orchestration frameworks)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Purpose
- The Senior Manager, Pricing Analytics Enablement for Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Analytics is a technical role responsible for building and scaling the GTB analytics ecosystem.
- This role oversees the design, development, and governance of scalable analytics data models and self serve capabilities.
- The role partners closely with Business Intelligence teams and global GTB Pricing team.
