Responsibilities
- Manage team deliverables through effective leadership, setting objectives and managing performance
- Deliver procurement activities in line with Tender Event Schedule timescales
- Lead execution and administration of complex contract agreements
- Implement Procurement department strategy to support strategic objectives
- Lead development and implementation of procurement policies, processes, and controls
- Coordinate with departments to understand scope needs and develop procurement plans
- Manage implementation of approved procurement strategies
- Manage negotiations with vendors for optimization and risk minimization
- Compile and update qualified vendor lists
- Support change order requests through contract review and amendment
- Participate in cross disciplined collaboration for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain or related field
- 15 years' min relevant procurement management experience within Mega/large scale complex design and construction programs
- In depth knowledge of enterprise level management software such as Ariba, Prism, SAP
- Expert knowledge of procurement legislation and its practical application
- Previous KSA/Middle East experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Holding CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP certification is an advantage

Job Overview
- The Senior Manager Procurement is responsible for supporting procurement activities for major construction and infrastructure projects.
- Ensures sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance are aligned with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Supports the Director Procurement in driving procurement excellence, compliance, and value creation.
Core Responsibilities
- Manages team deliverables through effective leadership.
- Delivers procurement activities in line with Tender Event Schedule timescales.
- Leads execution and administration of complex contract agreements.
- Implements Procurement department strategy.
- Leads development and implementation of procurement policies, processes, procedures and controls.
- Leads coordination with departments to understand scope needs.
- Ensures regular update and review of procurement plan.
- Manages implementation of approved procurement strategies.
- Manages negotiations with vendors.
- Manages compilation of qualified vendor lists.
- Ensures consistent use of Template, Schedule, and Appendices.
- Provides support with change order requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain or related field.
- Holding CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP certification is an advantage.
