Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in utility management
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of managing large scale utility projects and teams
- Excellent strategic planning and leadership skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of utility systems, regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
