- Prepare accurate quantity take offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Manage project budgets and monitor MEP costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement processes
- Administer contracts, variations, progress valuations, and final accounts
- Prepare regular commercial reports and cost forecasts
- Identify commercial risks and recommend cost saving initiatives
- Support successful project delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor
- Proven experience delivering hospitality (hotels/resorts) and mixed use construction projects
- Strong expertise in MEP quantity take offs, cost planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and commercial management
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying/estimating software (CostX, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
