Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Operations & Delivery will establish and run the operational and delivery model for a new Cybersecurity, Digital Trust, Data Governance and AI organization based in Dubai, UAE.
The role reports to the Head of Cyber Security and acts as the operational number two for the division, translating strategy into execution.
The role covers professional services, managed security services, SOC/MDR, offensive security, cloud security, GRC, data governance and AI assurance.
The position owns execution, operational delivery, managed services, service quality, resources, capacity, governance, customer service and PMO.
