Architectural Drafter

The Architectural Drafter role at CNS Middle East is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

The individual in this role translates architectural concepts and designs into detailed technical drawings and plans for construction and engineering teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and revising architectural and construction drawings, assisting in design planning, and ensuring that all documentation complies with relevant codes and standards.

The Architectural Drafter collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to clarify design requirements, coordinate changes, and maintain accurate records.

The role also involves reviewing drawings for quality and accuracy and supporting project timelines through efficient drafting and documentation.

• Ability to produce precise architectural drawings and construction drawings using industry-standard tools and software.
• Knowledge of architecture and planning principles, including building codes, standards, and best practices.
• Strong drawing skills, including technical drafting and layout, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience working on commercial or infrastructure projects in a multidisciplinary environment is advantageous.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with diverse project teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple drawing packages and deadlines.
