Role Overview
Lead approximately 150 employees, including first-line managers, during a major manufacturing operational transformation.
Own operational performance, process excellence, and team capability development in a complex manufacturing environment.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership while improving efficiency, flow, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing transformation initiatives aligned with Lean principles.
- Identify and implement process improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
- Maintain strong floor presence to understand operational challenges.
- Develop and mentor leadership teams and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage labor relations in a unionized environment and implement structured daily management routines.
- Use data to drive decisions, ensure effective use of ERP and MES systems, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
