About the Role
Zand is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager for Compliance Monitoring and Testing to design and execute the annual compliance monitoring plan, perform testing of business activities, and track remediation.

- Assist in design and support execution of Annual Compliance Monitoring and Testing Plan
- Perform testing of business activities, controls, and processes, documenting findings, root cause analysis, and recommendations
- Track, follow up, and validate closure of compliance related issues
- Assist in preparation of periodic monitoring reports and dashboards for senior management and governance committees
- Provide input to strengthen monitoring methodologies, testing frameworks, and risk assessment processes
- Collaborate with business units and control functions to raise awareness of compliance obligations
- Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and other assurance reviews
- Design, manage and execute Compliance Risk Assessment annual exercise
Requirements
- Professional compliance or audit certification (e.g., ICA, ACAMS, CIA, or equivalent) preferred
- 5 10 years experience in compliance monitoring, testing, or internal audit within banking/financial services
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance risk management, and control testing practices
- Proven ability to analyse business processes, identify control weaknesses, and recommend practical improvements
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders and drive remediation actions
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
