Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of financial institution clients, including onboarding, service delivery, and account maintenance
- Support the Relationship Manager with credit analysis, documentation, and risk assessment processes for client accounts
- Prepare periodic reports, client presentations, and conduct industry and market research to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve client queries promptly and ensure high standards of service delivery
- Monitor transaction activities, identify compliance issues, and escalate potential risks appropriately
- Track and update client information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with bank policies
- Participate in client meetings, contribute to relationship deepening, and support implementation of banking solutions tailored to client needs
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 4 6 years in a client facing banking or financial services role, preferably with exposure to institutional clients
- Proficiency in financial analysis and credit assessment
- Good practical familiarity with FI Cash products, Financing products, Trade Finance, and secondary market transactions under MRPAs
- Sound knowledge of FI & Sovereign credit/financial analysis and financial crime awareness
- Acquaintance with domestic and international economies, market dynamics, and regulatory environments of GCC, CIS, Africa, Levant & Turkey, and Asian Sub continent

Job Purpose
- Drive the effective management and growth of the Financial Institutions portfolio by supporting relationship managers in delivering tailored banking solutions, ensuring high service standards, and strengthening the bank’s strategic partnerships with institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities

Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience

- Sound knowledge of FI & Sovereign credit/financial analysis, good financial crime (including AML/CTF & KYC) awareness and associated relevant policies and procedures.
- Acquaintance to domestic and international economies, market dynamics, and regulatory environments of countries/regions under focus for FI business such as GCC, CIS, Africa, Levant & Turkey and Asian Sub continent
