About the Role
Crypto.com is hiring a Manager/Senior Manager for Institutional/VIP Sales to drive growth across APAC and EMEA. The role involves sourcing and onboarding institutional clients, selling crypto products including exchange, OTC, custody, and tokenized RWA offerings.

Responsibilities
- Proactively source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects including hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, retail/CFD brokers, and asset managers
- Drive adoption of Crypto.com's tokenized RWA offerings among institutional clients
- Position the full Crypto.com ecosystem (Exchange, OTC desk, Custody, CFD liquidity, RWA instruments) to meet client needs
- Manage end to end onboarding process coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Operations
- Serve as primary point of contact for book of business, ensuring high retention and identifying upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Provide market feedback to Product and Strategy teams on competitor platforms and regulatory trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasts within CRM
Requirements
- 4–12 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management within FinTech, Traditional Finance, or regulated derivatives/exchange environment
- 2+ years of dedicated experience in the digital asset space
- Solid understanding of CFD products and the retail brokerage ecosystem
- Working knowledge of tokenized real world assets
- Existing network of institutional contacts across APAC and/or EMEA
- Ability to discuss API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub account structures, and on chain settlement mechanics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas

Job Requirements
- 4–12 years in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management in FinTech/Finance
- 2+ years in digital asset space
- Solid understanding of CFD products and retail brokerage ecosystem
- Working knowledge of tokenized real world assets (preferred)
- Existing network of institutional contacts across APAC/EMEA
- Technical literacy: API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub account structures
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Strong presentation and communication skills
