Responsibilities
- Proactively source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects including hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers
- Drive adoption of Crypto.com's tokenized RWA offerings among institutional clients
- Position the full Crypto.com ecosystem to meet institutional needs
- Manage end to end onboarding process with Legal, Compliance, and Operations
- Serve as primary point of contact for book of business, ensuring retention and upselling
- Provide market feedback to Product and Strategy teams
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasts within CRM
Requirements
- 4 12 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management within FinTech, Traditional Finance, or regulated derivatives/exchange environment
- 2+ years of dedicated experience in the digital asset space
- Solid understanding of CFD products and retail brokerage ecosystem
- Working knowledge of tokenized real world assets
- Existing network of institutional contacts across APAC and/or EMEA

About the Role
- As a Manager / Senior Manager of Institutional/VIP Sales, you will drive Crypto.com's institutional and VIP growth across APAC and EMEA.
- You will act as the bridge between institutional clients and the full suite of digital asset services.
Job Responsibilities
- Pipeline Execution: Proactively source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects targeting hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, retail/CFD brokers, and asset managers.
- RWA Sales: Drive adoption of Crypto.com's tokenized RWA offerings among institutional clients.
- Solution Selling: Effectively position the full Crypto.com ecosystem to meet institutional needs.
- Onboarding Management: Drive end to end onboarding process with Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
- Relationship Management: Serve as primary point of contact for your book of business, ensuring retention and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Market Insights: Provide feedback to Product and Strategy teams on competitor platforms, RWA developments, and regulatory trends.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasts within CRM.
Job Requirements
- 4 12 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management within FinTech, Traditional Finance, or regulated derivatives/exchange environment.
- 2+ years of dedicated experience in the digital asset space.
- Solid understanding of CFD products and retail brokerage ecosystem.
- Working knowledge of tokenized real world assets (on chain fixed income, equities, commodity backed tokens).
- Existing network of institutional contacts across APAC and/or EMEA.
