General Overview
Senior leadership role responsible for growing, acquiring, and managing an international pensions and workplace savings business across the GCC and selected international markets.
The role focuses on sustainable growth, institutional opportunities, strategic relationships, tailored retirement solutions, and market positioning.
Strategic Development and Revenue Growth
- Lead acquisition of institutional clients including multinational corporations, government entities, sovereign organisations, and large employers.
- Develop market growth strategies and identify opportunities, regulatory developments, and industry trends supporting expansion.
Institutional Relationship Management
- Build executive-level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, HR heads, compensation and benefits leaders, consultants, brokers, trustees, and investment advisors.
- Develop relationships with regional and global intermediaries to improve market access and competitive positioning.
Tenders, RFPs, and Solutions
- Lead tenders, RFPs, RFIs, institutional proposals, and cross-functional solution development.
- Design bespoke workplace savings and retirement solutions aligned with client needs, regulation, and market practices.
- Assess commercial, operational, and regulatory viability and negotiate terms and contracts with institutional clients and partners.
Skills and Expertise
- Strong institutional sales and business development capabilities with experience in complex B2B and B2B2C relationships.
- Expertise in workplace savings, pensions, investments, employee benefits, wealth management, or related solutions.
- Strong negotiation, executive presentation, strategic thinking, analytical, project management, and stakeholder relationship skills.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, economics, management, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial services, employee benefits, retirement solutions, workplace savings, pensions, wealth management, or institutional sales.
- Professional qualifications in pensions, employee benefits, investments, wealth management, or financial services are advantageous.
- Experience across GCC and international markets is strongly preferred.
- An established network in pensions, employee benefits, consulting, brokerage, or corporate HR is a significant advantage.

Tender and RFP conversion rates.
GCC market expansion strategies delivering profitable impact.
