Role Overview
An innovative insurance technology organization is seeking an experienced Broker Relations Manager to join its team in Dubai.
The role focuses on building broker partnerships, driving platform adoption, and supporting growth across the UAE insurance market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with UAE insurance brokers, placement teams, and key market stakeholders.
- Drive broker engagement, platform adoption, account growth, and new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, business reviews, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.
- Support broker onboarding, user adoption, and change management initiatives.
- Monitor account performance, user engagement, and broker satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product, sales, implementation, and internal teams on broker requirements.
- Provide market intelligence and broker insights for product and commercial strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry meetings, networking events, and market engagements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant experience within the UAE insurance industry.
- Strong network across the UAE insurance broker market.
