General Overview
An insurance organisation in the UAE is seeking a commercially minded Creative Lead / Director to shape and elevate brand creative direction.
The role turns complex insurance propositions into simple, distinctive, and memorable creative experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative vision and brand expression across customer and business touchpoints.
- Develop distinctive concepts and challenge category conventions to differentiate the brand.
- Translate complex insurance propositions into clear creative ideas.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, customer communications, events, and partnerships.
- Direct creative work across brand experiences, digital platforms, products, branches, and customer initiatives.
- Identify opportunities connected to culture, conversations, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with agencies, creators, production partners, and specialist resources.
- Use AI and emerging creative technologies to support ideation, experimentation, and execution.
- Present concepts to senior stakeholders and balance creativity with customer and commercial outcomes.
- Set creative standards and maintain consistency across touchpoints.
Key Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in creative, brand, advertising, integrated marketing, or a related field.
