Job Summary
: The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing efficient HR processes, technology, and compliance to enhance the employee experience.
The role will lead teams to manage payroll, HRIS systems, onboarding, and benefits while utilizing data analytics to drive operational improvements and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- **Process Optimization:**
- Analyze and redesign HR workflows to increase productivity and create a seamless employee experience.
- **HRIS Management:**
- Oversee HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and accurate reporting.
- **Compliance & Risk:**
- Ensure company compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- **Team Leadership:**
- Supervise, mentor, and set goals for HR operations staff.
- **Payroll & Benefits:**
- Coordinate with finance for payroll administration and manage benefits programs.
- **Performance Management:**
- Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and accountability.
- **Reporting & Analytics:**
- Track key metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire) to make data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- Typically 3+ years of managerial experience in HR operations.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Technology Proficiency:**
- Expertise in HRIS software and strong analytical skills.
- **Leadership:**
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
