Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Health, Safety & Environment Management System across DHE
- Translate regulatory and strategic requirements into clear, practical guidance and standards
- Oversee inspections, audits, and monitoring to ensure alignment with statutory and internal requirements
- Act as a key point of coordination with regulators, including Dubai Municipality
- Drive group wide initiatives such as near miss reporting and safety performance monitoring
- Support operations with hands on HSE expertise tailored to leisure and entertainment environments
- Establish and support HSE committees, embedding accountability and ownership at site level
- Guide risk identification and mitigation across public safety, operational safety, process safety, and occupational health
- Develop emergency preparedness and response frameworks, including drills and testing
- Lead incident and near miss investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and sustained
- Build capability through targeted HSE training, awareness, and engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and NEBOSH National or International Diploma
- 5 years’ experience across Health, Safety and Environment roles
- Deep knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory frameworks
- Strong familiarity with Dubai Municipality and local regulatory requirements
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and investigations in complex operational environments
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders
- Lead or Internal Auditor certification preferred
- Experience within leisure, entertainment, facilities, or high risk public environments preferred
- Practical, solutions focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Job Overview
- As the Senior HSE Manager, you will provide leadership, structure, and assurance across both corporate and operational environments, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and frontline teams alike.
Corporate Level Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Health, Safety & Environment Management System across DHE.
- Translate regulatory and strategic requirements into clear, practical guidance and standards.
- Oversee inspections, audits, and monitoring to ensure alignment with statutory and internal requirements.

What we’re looking for
