Position Overview
The Go-to-Market Data and Intelligence organization uses trusted data, analytics, and data science to improve customer decisions.
The team develops machine learning products for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success engagement decisions.
The Senior Manager will lead a data science team and portfolio across customer intelligence domains.
Responsibilities
- Shape the multi-quarter roadmap for customer engagement data science use cases.
- Prioritize decisions where data science can create customer and business value.
- Translate strategic questions into analytical problems, interventions, metrics, and business cases.
- Lead the lifecycle from problem formulation through deployment, adoption, and impact measurement.
- Manage decision intelligence initiatives involving retention, growth, segmentation, attribution, and next-best action.
- Set quality standards for data, models, experimentation, explainability, fairness, and monitoring.
- Recruit, coach, retain, and develop a high-performing data science team.
- Build reusable methods, frameworks, operating practices, and cross-functional partnerships.
