Responsibilities
Main point of contact, trusted advisor and deal advocate throughout the Research, Proposal, Deal Negotiation, Bid Management and Deal Closure phase of high touch deals for Enterprise Accounts (although not limited to them)
Establish, maintain and update the project plans with defined timelines. Guide the deal team in creation of a supportable, rationale deal for both customer and Autodesk
Collaborate closely with the extended team in Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Business Models, Order Fulfillment and Operations
Bring non-standard business models, operational requirements and risks to the attention of the broader organization, and driving resolution of these issues
Have a “hands-on” approach to complex situations or escalations and with work cross-functional teams to resolve and shepherd deal through appropriate approvals and ensure compliance throughout the process
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in a Deal desk role ideal. Sales support, sales operations or sales contracts specialist experience also relevant
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen, influencing the decision process in terms of maximizing revenue and profit, customer satisfaction and sound business practices
Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills with a results-orientated mentality
Ability to Execute quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Travel <10%, occasional travel may be required
Experience with sales support, deal operations or similar transferrable experiences
