About the Role
The Coca-Cola Company is hiring a Senior Manager, Frontline Marketing for Gulf Countries to lead the marketing agenda, develop annual business plans, and drive brand and innovation strategies.

Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing agenda for the given market, including ABP creation and operationalization
- Develop and execute brand & innovation plans, alignment, execution & tracking (flywheel / innovation factory)
- Own market marketing performance including ROI and P&L
- Define and execute the Market ABP agenda and performance through thought leadership on frontier marketing and innovation
- Ensure superior/integrated flywheels execution enabled by system alignment and excitement
Requirements
- 7+ years of significant marketing and leadership experience
- Experience in insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategies, innovation, complex marketing programs management and P&L ownership
- Worked in/with all relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
- Advanced business and commercial acumen (RGM experience is nice to have)
- Growth mindset, curiosity, commitment to excellence and servant leadership

Focus, Scope, & Impact
- World class, rounded marketing operator and strategy crafting. True E2E marketer.
- Ownership of the marketing agenda of the given market.
- Portfolio wide, E2E marketing scope. Lead ABP and Brand & Innovation plans development, alignment, execution & tracking.
- Supported by local IMX team but also stretch to lead these disciplines when needed.
- Own market marketing performance (inc ROI, P&L).
- Define and execute the Market ABP agenda and performance through thought leadership on frontier marketing, innovation, and ensuring superior/integrated flywheels execution.
- Team size spans from none to 3 talents depending on market size/potential.
Experience & Critical Requirements
- Significant marketing and leadership experience (7+ years), including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategies, innovation, complex marketing programs management and P&L ownership.
- Worked in/with all relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy.
- Advanced business, commercial acumen (RGM experience is nice to have).
