- Lead the overall digital growth and transformation strategy for Al Ghurair Development, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, sales priorities, and long term business expansion plans.
- Build and scale a high performing digital ecosystem that drives customer acquisition, improves conversion efficiency, and strengthens competitive market positioning.
- Identify and implement innovative digital opportunities, technologies, and growth initiatives that support sustainable business growth and operational scalability.
- Drive data led decision making across the organization to improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
- Own and oversee annual digital marketing, media, CRM, and technology investment strategies to maximize business impact and return on investment.
- Ensure strategic allocation of resources across digital channels, platforms, and growth initiatives to support company priorities and revenue objectives.
- Drive financial accountability and performance optimization across all digital investments, agency partnerships, and technology ecosystems.
- Lead digital growth initiatives that directly contribute to lead generation, pipeline development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Partner with commercial and sales leadership to strengthen conversion performance, customer lifecycle management, and long term business profitability.
- Establish scalable digital frameworks and growth infrastructure capable of supporting multi project launches, market expansion, and future business growth.
- Strengthen Al Ghurair Development’s market leadership through best in class digital capabilities, customer experiences, and innovation.

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field
- 10–12 years of extensive experience leading digital marketing initiatives, managing integrated campaigns, optimising customer engagement, and delivering impactful digital marketing outcomes

Who you are?
