Responsibilities
- Define and lead Autodesk’s enterprise learning content strategy across video, microlearning, personalization, and emerging formats
- Contribute to building an integrated talent development ecosystem that improves content discovery, reuse, scalability, and relevance across platforms and channels
- Establish content standards, governance, production principles, and prioritization criteria
- Apply a product mindset focused on learner needs, rapid iteration, adoption, and measurable impact
- Lead the development of video, animation, microlearning, podcasts, simulations, digital resources, and collaboration on the design and delivery of live or immersive experiences
