About the Role

- Build risk profiles of hotels and safeguard the business
- Work closely with Internal Audit and maintain SOX compliance

- BA/BS/bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Qualified accountant or working towards qualification
- Experience in hotel operations with understanding of finance processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Travel flexibility across MEA

Position Summary
- The role is dedicated to KSA, supporting MEA region, part of EMEA Compliance team.
- Responsible for improving financial compliance, monitoring, and providing expert advice to mitigate financial risk for hotels.
What will I be doing?
- Conduct control reviews within MEA region, focused on KSA.
- Collaborate with various departments including Operations Finance, Internal Audit, etc.
- Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and compliance.
- Lead long term culture change programs and compliance education.
- Shape compliance messaging and communication plans.
- Analyze CSA and SPACE results to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Own compliance KPIs across KSA and MEA.
- Contribute to evaluation and streamlining of business processes.
- Build risk profiles of hotels and build framework to safeguard business.
- Work closely with Internal Audit, including follow up on remediation points.
- Collaborate with Pre Opening team to embed compliant processes.
- Ensure compliance is part of hotel life cycle.

Qualifications
- BA/BS/bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of.
- Qualified accountant or working towards qualification.
- Experience in hotel operations with good understanding of finance processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed knowledge of hotel operations and systems used by Hilton finance.
- Good knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS & Sarbanes Oxley.
- Audit experience.
