About the Role
noon is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance to design and manage a centralized Compliance Management System across UAE, KSA, and Egypt. The role involves leading cross-border investigations, building TPRM frameworks, and ensuring regulatory alignment in FinTech and logistics.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement a standardized, centralized Group wide Compliance Management System (CMS) across UAE, KSA, and Egypt
- Establish and monitor compliance control libraries mapping to financial regulations (SAMA, Central Bank of UAE) and cross border transport regulations (TGA, RTA, LTRA)
- Independently direct and manage high risk, cross border investigations into corporate fraud, COI, and ABAC/FCPA violations
- Build and optimize a robust Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework integrating KYC, CDD, and EDD into vendor onboarding and fleet management
- Enforce on the road compliance control loops covering police safety protocols, MoHRE nationalization quotas, and automated delivery associate compliance
- Drive continuous group wide audit readiness and deploy self audit cleanup processes to achieve near 100% scores
- Convert anonymized compliance cases into targeted training and communication campaigns with completion rates above 90%
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional corporate experience, with 6+ years leading global or regional compliance and ethics programs in highly regulated multinational environments
- Proven track record of leading cross border investigations, third party due diligence, and trade compliance across complex regional structures
- Absolute professional fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating across multiple markets or regional structures is an advantage

What you'll need
