The role

  • Own the People agenda for the entire Group: org design, talent, reward, standards, succession, and leadership decisions.
  • Report to Group COO, sit at Group Leadership table, act as genuine partner on company shaping choices.
  • Set the standard and hold the Group to it as the people function becomes a competitive advantage.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Turn noon's ambition into org design, talent, and workforce plan.
  • Build talent engine: sourcing, hiring bar, interview machine, employer brand.
  • Own leadership succession and senior hiring.
  • Own compensation, career ladder, and incentive architecture.
  • Run performance cycle Group wide, drive calibration.
  • Steward culture and values consistently across markets.
  • Own data standard and people scorecard.
  • Set Group standard for decentralized People leads.
  • Define People function operating model and cost to serve.
  • Be trusted counsel on people, org, and leadership calls.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • World class education and credentials.
  • History of operating at a high bar — leading people at scale or strategy background.
  • Real business fluency — read a P&L as easily as an org chart.
  • Deep command of compensation, workforce planning, and organisational design.
  • Fluent with data — own numbers behind people decisions.
  • Comfortable owning succession and senior hiring.
  • Sharp interpersonal range with operators, engineers, founders, and execs.
  • Calm under pressure, at ease with ambiguity, relentlessly execution driven.

Bonus points

  • Middle East market experience
  • Fast scaling tech or e commerce exposure
  • Having built or scaled a function through hypergrowth.
