Role Context

  • noon OUT is building the partnerships engine that funds and accelerates growth across the going out experience in the UAE — dining, entertainment, activities.
  • This role owns bank and non bank partnerships end to end — sourcing, negotiation, activation, and performance.

What you'll do

  • Source, pitch, and close partnerships with banks, fintechs, wallets, telcos, loyalty programs, and other non bank players across the UAE.
  • Structure co funded offers — cashback, instant discounts, installment plans, points redemption — that strengthen unit economics rather than erode them.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, marketing contributions, and exclusivity where it builds competitive advantage.
  • Own a partner funded budget target; treat partner marketing dollars as a managed P&L line.
  • Build the business case for each partnership with clear CPO, incrementality, and ROI logic; kill or renegotiate deals that don’t perform.
  • Coordinate with Growth, DM, and Finance to measure true incremental impact on orders, GMV, and retention.
  • Drive offer setup, campaign calendars, and in app placement with product and marketing teams.
  • Own the partner relationship post signature — QBRs, renewals, and upsell.
  • Maintain a healthy, forward looking pipeline of partnerships across the going out ecosystem.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles, ideally within consumer tech, fintech, banking, lifestyle, or platform businesses in the GCC.
  • Direct experience with bank and non bank partnerships and co funded offer structures.
  • Strong UAE market network across banking, fintech, and loyalty ecosystems.
  • Commercial acumen — comfortable owning targets and building ROI driven business cases.
  • Analytical and structured; can defend a deal with numbers, not just relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills; able to operate independently in a high velocity environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Preferably experience across lifestyle, dining, entertainment, or activities verticals.
  • Merchant/partner side experience alongside consumer side growth.
  • Background in a marketplace or platform business.
