Oversee third-party commissioning agents and ensure your team is coordinating effectively with design, construction, and operations stakeholders from pre-functional testing through turnover.

Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement of commissioning processes and reduce time-to-market.

Ensure safety, compliance, and quality control are enforced at every stage of the commissioning lifecycle.

Strong understanding of MEP systems, controls integration (BMS/EPMS), and commissioning best practices.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different stages of design and construction.

Experience coordinating with general contractors, OEMs, and third-party commissioning firms.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and data-driven approach to execution.
