Role Overview
Join Crusoe as a Shop Foreman and play an essential leadership role in scaling our world-class manufacturing operations.
In this full-time role, you will direct and coordinate the daily floor activities of production leads and assembly technicians across 5 active assembly lines, overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing process of our modular data centers (MDCs) and power distribution centers (PDCs).
You will maintain operational rigor across the plant, ensuring that all production execution strictly abides by company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
The ideal candidate is an authentic, people-first shop-floor leader who balances deep technical aptitude with strong operational discipline.
You thrive on fostering a respectful, positive, and collaborative working environment—developing lasting relationships, mentoring technicians, driving Lean workflows, and maintaining rigorous standards of craft, quality, and delivery pacing to power the future of sustainable computing.

- Compensation:
- Compensation will be paid in the range of $100,000 - $115,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. (#INDMFG)
