Role Overview
Join our team as the Manager of Power Distribution Programs and take ownership of the project management function for our entire Switchboards & Switchgear sector — low voltage, medium voltage, skid integration, and custom switchboard assemblies.
You will own portfolio delivery performance, margin, and the development of the project management team beneath you.
Power Distribution is the highest-volume manufacturing sector in the business and the one under the most acute growth pressure.
Hyperscale demand for switchgear and PDC-mounted distribution is outrunning conventional lead times, and the sector is simultaneously expanding into medium voltage.
This role must deliver current commitments while building the management structure to absorb what is coming.
This is a working leadership role.
You'll manage project managers, own the portfolio, and personally carry the most sensitive customer programs.
Your work directly impacts our ability to energize compute from sustainable, renewable and/or stranded energy sources.
We are seeking an experienced people leader with a proven background in electrical equipment or comparable ETO manufacturing, a strategic mindset, and the operational discipline to scale through rapid growth.
This is a full-time position. (#INDMFG)
