  • As a Senior Manager, you will drive the growth of the Wealth and Asset Management division by identifying and securing high value institutional partnerships.
  • This is a front office, revenue generating position that requires a sophisticated understanding of the financial landscape.
  • You will be responsible for the full business development lifecycle, from initial outreach and deal structuring to long term relationship management.
  • We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of institutional finance and deliver measurable commercial success.

  • Extensive experience within well established and credible financial institutions such as global banks or regulated asset managers
  • A proven track record in institutional business development specifically focusing on asset managers, financial institutions, and funds
  • Demonstrated ownership of client relationships and a history of successful revenue generation and deal organization
  • Deep understanding of the DIFC ecosystem or experience within comparable international financial centers
  • Strong career progression that reflects the seniority and depth required for this leadership level
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
