- Own the technical direction across the AI platform and physical appliance lines
- Establish rigorous release cadences, robust versioning, and pristine UAT/production environment separations
- Oversee the data path for passive monitoring, industrial protocol decoding (e.g., Modbus, S7Comm, IEC 60870 5 104), and MITRE ATT&CK mapping
- Drive appliance hardening, TPM based device identity, full disk encryption, and compliance acceleration tooling across frameworks like IEC 62443 and ISO 27001
- Lead, and rapidly scale a high performing, distributed global engineering team
Requirements
- 10–15+ Years of Engineering Excellence with a proven track record of leadership owning delivery and organizational growth
- Strong roots in OT/ICS security OR a heavy enterprise detection/security background (e.g., CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, SentinelOne) with a strong command of industrial protocols
- Thrives in a lean, fast paced environment where impact is direct and mandate is broad
- Applied AI or on device, resource constrained GPU inference experience (strong plus)
- Background in SIEM, detection engineering, or SOC tooling (strong plus)
- Familiarity with sovereign deployment requirements or critical infrastructure environments (strong plus)

The Opportunity
- We are seeking an engineering leader to take over the entire engineering organization. In this founding level role, you will own architecture, delivery, quality, and team scaling end to end.
What You Will Own
- Own the technical direction across the AI platform and physical appliance lines. Establish rigorous release cadences, robust versioning, and pristine UAT/production environment separations.
- Oversee the data path for passive monitoring, industrial protocol decoding (e.g., Modbus, S7Comm, IEC 60870 5 104), and MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
- Drive appliance hardening, TPM based device identity, full disk encryption, and compliance acceleration tooling across frameworks like IEC 62443 and ISO 27001.

What We Are Looking For
