About the Role
We are hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer for a premier enterprise organization in Dubai. You will define and oversee platform engineering practices, lead the design and operation of container platforms, and mentor team members.

- Establish standards for deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Design and run Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters in local and cloud systems
- Build observability frameworks to monitor system health and handle incidents
- Partner with security and infrastructure teams to protect data and manage access rights
- Optimize platform performance and manage infrastructure costs
- Coach and guide team members to improve automation and reliability practices
Requirements
- Ten plus years of experience in engineering roles, with five or more years leading platform or operations teams
- Excellent hands on knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift cluster management
- Strong experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure setups involving cloud services and local storage
- A university degree in computer science or a related field
- Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different business departments
