About the Role
- A leading organization in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – FinTech & Innovation Business Development.
- The role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong knowledge of the financial services and FinTech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Identify, attract, and onboard new clients and business partners across local and international markets.
- Build and execute business development strategies to support organizational growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and market developments.
- Support the development of market entry strategies and client acquisition initiatives.
- Manage the end to end client onboarding journey while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by providing proactive relationship management and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve business processes, enhance client experience, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Support CRM enhancement initiatives and leverage data to improve client engagement and productivity.
