- Lead overall brand and campaign strategy for Al Ghurair Development and its brands, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and commercial objectives
- Drive evolution of brand equity, premium positioning, and customer perception across regional and international markets
- Develop integrated campaign and launch strategies that strengthen market relevance and business growth
- Identify strategic opportunities to enhance brand value, cultural relevance, and customer engagement
- Own and oversee annual brand, campaign, production, and creative investment strategies
- Ensure strategic allocation of resources to maximize brand impact and commercial return on investment
- Lead brand and campaign initiatives that support project launches, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 10–12 years of extensive experience in brand management, strategic marketing, consumer insights, and delivering impactful brand positioning and growth strategies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills

What you’ll do?
- Lead the overall brand and campaign strategy for Al Ghurair Development and its brands, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, commercial objectives, and long term market positioning.
- Drive the evolution of the company’s brand equity, premium positioning, and customer perception across regional and international markets.
- Develop integrated campaign and launch strategies that strengthen market relevance, competitive differentiation, and business growth.
- Identify strategic opportunities to enhance brand value, cultural relevance, and customer engagement through innovation and creative leadership.
- Own and oversee annual brand, campaign, production, and creative investment strategies across all corporate and project marketing initiatives.
- Ensure strategic allocation of resources to maximize brand impact, campaign effectiveness, and commercial return on investment.
- Lead brand and campaign initiatives that directly support project launches, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Who you are?
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 10–12 years of extensive experience in brand management, strategic marketing, consumer insights, and delivering impactful brand positioning and growth strategies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
