- Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships
- Partner with Canadian Banking Technology to define priorities and deliver resilient branch platforms
- Drive execution of the branch modernization roadmap
- Lead business delivery across planning, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Contribute to long range strategy and partner with Procurement, Real Estate and Technology
- Own delivery governance and reporting for the Business
- Prepare and share executive level reporting on delivery status and operational impacts
- Lead communications and change enablement with change management partners
- Provide business input to RFPs and vendor evaluations for branch technology solutions
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial services, retail banking, digital banking, or related environment
- Deep understanding of branch operations preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build strong cross functional partnerships and influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting change management initiatives
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
- Experience with delivery governance including scope, milestones, RAID, and operational readiness

Overview
- Contributes to the overall success of the Operational Excellence team within Channel Performance, Canadian Banking.
- Reporting to the Director, Operational Enablement & Service Effectiveness, this role leads business delivery of technology that transforms the branch network.
- Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships.
- Partner with Canadian Banking Technology to define priorities and deliver resilient branch platforms and capabilities.
- Drive execution of the branch modernization roadmap—translating strategy into delivery ready requirements.
- Lead business delivery across planning, testing, deployment, and stabilization to improve branch client and employee experiences.
- Contribute to long range strategy and partner with Procurement, Real Estate and Technology to address complex branch needs.
- Own delivery governance and reporting for the Business—define scope, milestones, and success measures.
- Prepare and share executive level reporting that clearly communicates delivery status, operational impacts, and realized benefits.
- Lead communications and change enablement with change management partners.
- Provide business input to RFPs and vendor evaluations for branch technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial services, retail banking, digital banking, or a related environment.
- Deep understanding of branch operations is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop executive ready materials.
- Proven ability to build strong cross functional partnerships and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting change management initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, including ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives.

- Working knowledge of AI enabled capabilities and emerging technologies.
Working Conditions
- Work in a standard office based environment; non standard hours are a common occurrence.
- Limited travel domestically, as required.
