- Lead the governance, oversight, and continuous improvement of AML/ATF and Sanctions Program documentation
- Establish clear ownership, approval authorities, lifecycle controls, and documentation practices
- Oversee the end to end document lifecycle including drafting, review, approval, publication, and archival
- Maintain adherence to enterprise standards for metadata, taxonomy, version control, and repository governance
- Lead preparation and maintenance of clear, precise, and implementable policies, standards, procedures, and governance artefacts
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into consistent enterprise expectations and provide advisory guidance
- Maintain audit ready documentation practices including complete approval records and version history
- Support audits, regulatory examinations, and ad hoc inquiries
Requirements
- University degree in Risk Management, Compliance, Law, Public Policy, Audit, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in AML/ATF, sanctions, financial crimes compliance, regulatory compliance, risk management, audit, regulatory governance, or equivalent
- Demonstrated expertise in policy, standards, and procedural development, documentation governance frameworks, and regulatory interpretation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across senior audiences
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity, precision, and structure
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation environments
- ACAMS certification or equivalent
- Experience supporting regulatory examinations or audit processes

Job Overview
- The Senior Manager, Enterprise AML Standards is accountable for policy development, advisory support, and governance of AML/ATF and Sanctions Program documentation.
- The role operates within the second line of defence.

- Lead the governance, oversight, and continuous improvement of AML/ATF and Sanctions Program documentation.
- Establish clear ownership, approval authorities, lifecycle controls, and documentation practices.
- Oversee the end to end document lifecycle.
- Maintain adherence to enterprise standards for metadata, taxonomy, version control, classification, access, storage, and repository governance.
- Lead the preparation and maintenance of clear, precise, and implementable policies, standards, procedures, governance artefacts, briefing materials, and regulatory documentation.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into consistent enterprise expectations and provide advisory guidance.
- Maintain audit ready documentation practices.
- Support audits, regulatory examinations, and ad hoc inquiries.
- Maintain strong knowledge of AML/ATF regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
