About the Role

- Support development and implementation of strategic vision and OKRs for AI Solutions in Wealth Management
- Conduct industry research on Global Wealth Management trends, AI solutions, and competitor strategies
- Assist in preparing executive communications, board updates, and stakeholder reports
- Contribute to design and implementation of global frameworks, governance, and business cases for AI initiatives
- Assist with operational aspects of globally distributed Data & AI team, including PI planning and workforce management
- Help coordinate executive leadership forums and execute change management strategies
- Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and implementation of KPIs
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or similar role in a large complex organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ownership mindset
- Experience synthesizing complex insights into clear executive communication
- Strong collaborative skills to support cross functional teams

What is the opportunity?
- As Senior Manager, AI Strategy for Wealth Management, you will support the Chief of Staff & Head of AI Enablement.
- You will contribute to scaling global AI playbooks, operationalizing team practices, and preparing executive communications.
- Collaborate extensively with cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
What will you do?
- Support development and implementation of strategic vision and OKRs for AI Solutions in Wealth Management.
- Conduct industry research on Global Wealth Management trends, AI solutions, and competitor strategies.
- Assist in preparing executive communications, board updates, and stakeholder reports.
- Contribute to design and implementation of global frameworks, governance, and business cases for scaling AI initiatives.

What do you need to succeed?
- Must haves: 2 4 years in strategy or management consulting; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; intellectual curiosity; experience synthesizing insights; strong collaborative skills.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or emerging technologies in financial services; experience in wealth management or financial services; agile team operations; budget management.
