Opportunity

  • As Senior Manager, AI Strategy for Wealth Management, support the Chief of Staff & Head of AI Enablement to execute strategic initiatives and manage key operational elements for the Data & AI team.
  • Contribute to scaling global AI playbooks, operationalizing team practices, and preparing key executive communications.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.

What will you do?

  • Support development and implementation of strategic vision and OKRs for AI Solutions in Wealth Management.
  • Conduct industry research on Global Wealth Management trends, AI solutions, and competitor strategies.
  • Assist in preparing executive communications, board updates, and stakeholder reports on AI strategy.
  • Contribute to design and implementation of global frameworks, governance, and business cases for scaling AI initiatives.
  • Assist with operational aspects of globally distributed Data & AI team, including PI planning, workforce management, and team capability building.
  • Help coordinate executive leadership forums and execute change management strategies for AI program priorities.
  • Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and implementing KPIs to monitor quality standards.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Must haves: 2 4 years experience in strategy, management consulting, or similar role; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; intellectual curiosity and ownership mindset; experience synthesizing complex insights into executive communication; strong collaborative skills.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or emerging technologies in financial services; experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services; experience with agile team operations; experience supporting budget management.
