Job Summary
- The Senior Maintenance Supervisor oversees and coordinates workers in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other outlet requirements to ensure continuity of operations are performed safely. This role also ensures adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts.

- Oversee the maintenance team, providing guidance, direction, and support.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and workflows.
- Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, efficiently.
- Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Lead by example in promoting a culture of safety.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost saving initiatives.

- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
Job Experience
- Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field.
