Position Overview

  • Senior Logistics Specialist responsible for overseeing processing of maintenance and supply data for fielded radar facilities using ALCS.
  • Onsite unaccompanied position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia under MOU with additional compensation.
  • Onboarding before deployment in El Paso, TX; travel to domestic and international sites as needed.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs by gathering and validating user and business requirements for application and process updates.
  • Maintain accurate data related to maintenance activities, equipment configurations, and supply records.
  • Support development of maintenance engineering plans and logistics support materials.
  • Analyze technical data to identify spare parts and support equipment provisioning requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's and 5+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
  • Experience supporting logistics or systems maintenance for technical hardware/software in military or civilian environments.
  • Proficiency with Automated Logistics Control Systems (ALCS) or comparable applications.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes in field support operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience preparing deliverable documentation and presenting briefings to customers.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate skills in Project and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to coordinate across all organizational levels including multi contractor and government teams.
  • Ability to research complex customer issues and provide technical, process, or training solutions.
