Requirements
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with radar systems or related systems engineering
- Experience with radar signal processing, signal processing theory, and/or signal modeling
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship required

What You Will Do
- Lead architecture and requirements development activities to define, characterize, develop, and document Missile Defense System (MDS) radar Modeling and Simulation (M&S) capabilities.
- Develop architectural framework updates, system of systems functional and performance requirements, detailed algorithm descriptions, test scenario definitions, and verification approaches.
- Conduct requirements analysis and benchmarking to validate algorithm designs, ensuring system level performance aligns with operational requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with radar systems or related systems engineering.
- Experience with radar signal processing, signal processing theory, and/or signal modeling.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Advanced degree in a STEM discipline.
- Experience with radar system concepts, including detection, discrimination, tracking, and signal processing algorithms.
- Expertise in system level requirements development, documentation, and maintenance.
- Experience designing system level software architecture.
- Proficiency in developing and coding system models, algorithms, test vectors, and evaluation tools for radar requirements and performance analysis.
- Experience developing, documenting, and maintaining processes, methods, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions to complex issues.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Matlab (including object oriented programming), Python, C/C++, Java, and tools such as DOORS.
- Experience working with Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range
- The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD 251,600 USD.
