- Draft ZATCA legal lawsuit management policies, guidelines and standard model forms
- Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of legal systems and practices
- Develop templates for lawsuit management services related to all ZATCA functions
- Assist in developing negotiating strategies with internal stakeholders for legal cases
- Handle continuous update of lawsuit management database systems
- Conduct preliminary evaluations to determine severity and urgency of litigation cases
- Assist in representing ZATCA before judicial bodies and committees
- Prepare settlements to negotiate with employees and external entities involved in lawsuits
- Archive judgments from lawsuits won by ZATCA for future reference
- Search for outsourced legal experts for additional legal advice
