Overview
- Lead the development and implementation of a robust compliance program tailored to the organization's specific risks and regulatory environment, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee and manage internal investigations related to compliance matters, including conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to business units on a wide range of legal and compliance issues, including contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and regulatory interpretation.
- Develop and deliver effective compliance training programs to employees at all levels, fostering a culture of ethical behavior and regulatory compliance.
