- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter within a leading executive search or recruitment agency experience only.
- Strong track record of successfully delivering complex and high volume recruitment assignments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, growth oriented business.
