- Support leadership reviews through concise executive presentations and business narratives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Workforce Management, Reporting & Analytics experience
- 3+ years hands on Power BI expertise (mandatory)
- Strong workforce analytics, reporting and forecasting experience
- Demonstrated use of AI within reporting, analytics or workforce planning
- Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros and data automation expertise
- Hands on Microsoft Forms and Power Automate experience
- Strong business communication and presentation skills
